Shortly after turning six, my dad disciplined me to journal daily, although I could barely read and write Thai proficiently. Back then, little did I know that not only would the ability to express myself through words, which stemmed from my dad’s indoctrination, help support me many years later, but it would also be the sole savior that kept me sane and alive during lockdown in 2020.

Apart from growing up in Thailand and visiting over forty countries, I’ve lived, studied, and worked in Germany, Georgia, Serbia, Mongolia, Croatia, and Albania.
